Syncing your application (iPad/iPhone)

In case you can't find the kiosk or publications you need in the app, we propose following procedure:

1) Check your internet connection. A red sync icon indicates no internet connection: 

Solution: go to Settings -> Wi-Fi -> swipe the Wi-Fi button to ' ON'
Choose a Network and fill in the password to get a connection.
 

If you have a wireless connection, your sync icon will be green. 

If the kiosk or publication is still not appearing, your internet access is blocked.
Please go to Safari to test the internet connection.
