A publication is published, but not visible to everyone in the app

There are some things to check:

  • Does your user have access to the right kiosk? - Discover how
  • Does your user have a connection? - Discover how
  • Shut down the app and restart it - Discover how
  • Upload/publish a dummy publication (For example a PDF). This will trigger the sync to your users. You can than immediately delete the dummy PDF - Discover how
