In case Account Hub is disabled for your enterprise, you can use email to share documents.
You can share documents from the publication toolbar or from the kiosk toolbar.
When you are in kiosk view, you can add publications from one or many kiosks to your selection to send. When you are in publication view, you can email that publication but you can not add others.
Click the share icon in the toolbar to select one or many publications to share via email.
If you switch to another kiosk, you can again select more publications to send, but you first need to click the share button again. If you click the share button again without changing kiosk first, all selected publications from all kiosks will be added to your email.
Select the share icon again to start creating the e-mail
