Firstly make sure that you have the relevant users assigned to the Learning Library (by adding them to a user group that has access to this library) in the Portfolio Manager.
If the above step is taken care of, you can now assign users to a Learning Plan to make it visible for the user in the SalesMatik Learning app.
As soon as the user has one Learning Plan assigned to him/her, the ‘LMS’ icon will become visible in his app.
Open a Learning Plan by clicking on it and go to ‘Assign users’:
You can assign Users per User Group to a learning plan or do it individually on user level.
Check the box of the user(group) that you want to assign to the Learning Plan and click on ‘assign users’.
Use the ‘sync user’ button to make sure you have the most recent list of users.
