In case of issues with the app, we have foreseen a function to gather relevant information from the app to facilitate debugging.
In the app on the landing page, you can click on the 'Settings'-icon
The 'Settings'-menu will then open, where you can scroll all the way down to find the function 'Send email with debug files'.
When you click on it, an email screen will open with the debug file enclosed. When you send it to support@dink.eu with all relevant information, we will help you out as soon as possible so that you can continue working with our app.
