In some cases the upload of content may be blocked or protected by your IT infrastructure.
To fix this, we need the "upload log" to investigate the cause of the blocking.
Here's how to retrieve the "upload log" of your system:
1. Upload a test PDF in a kiosk and collection of your choice.
2. In chrome, go right click > Element inspector.
3. Open the element inspector > Network Tab
4. Press CTRL+ A to select all lines, copy them to a spreadsheet and send the spreadsheet to us
Based on this information, we can determine what the blocking of uploading content to the platform can be.
