What to do when you only see a white screen in the iPad/iPhone app?


When the app displays a white page after opening a publication, you need to:

  1. Uninstall the publication: click the "remove" button in the publication toolbar
  2. Select the cover of the publication with the white screen
  3. Press the "remove" button

4. Restart the app: http://support.dink.eu/hc/en-us/articles/200327132-How-to-restart-the-app-iPad

5. Tap the cover of the publication to download the publication

If the white screen is still persisting, please contact your administrator
