You can call up extra customer information from the ongoing session based on the selected customer in the CRM app.
This can be useful for previously requested or specific information about the customer.
This is how:
In your presentation use the d!nk plugin and add an open question.
Next to 'Default Answer' select 'Sset dynamic info' > so that 'Possible Values' for this open question appears:
You can load more values by selecting 'More values' and providing the enterprise key.
You can find the enterprise key by opening the enterprise in the Portfolio Manager > Copy the key out of the URL.
"More Values" will look for additional properties you've defined for this enterprise in the customer section and loads these values.
