Configure the d!nk CRM Connector

Every enterprise is using CRM in a different way, with standard, customized or custom entities. To support different processes, all business entities included in the integration must be defined and specified for each enterprise to ensure the process is supported by d!nk CRM connector. 

Integration of d!nk app with CRM is configured and enabled / disabled in d!nk admin on Enterprise level. It is possible to define multiple configurations to support different integration scenarios and mark one configuration as default.

On User groups and User level it is possible to override default setting for enabling / disabling CRM integration and to define configuration that should be used for specific user group or specific user. By default, d!nk supports these standard business entities: Account (with related contacts) -> Opportunity -> Appointment -> Analytics report. 

How to CRM Configurations in d!nk admin

Following CRM Configurations are default available for the d!nk CRM Connector: Salesforce and Dynamics CRM. Additional configurations for other CRM systems are added upon request.

In the d!nk admin, click on "CRM Configurations" to add or modify CRM configurations

1. To define CRM Configuration for Dynamics CRM OnPremise or Dynamics CRM Online, following info should be provided:
