User cannot login - Troubleshooting


If a user is not able to login, please check:

1. the internet connection.

2. if the user is correctly created in the Portfolio Manager and has access to at least one publication. i

3. if SSL pinning is supported: To be compliant with security levels, the SSL interception of requests to the domain should be disabled on enterprise network.

4. if anti-virus and proxy settings are configured to allow d!nk to function properly. Go to settings
