When opening the d!nk Analytics:
You will find a menu bar at the left for the details per topic.
The second one is about the 'Enterprise':
In the 'Enterprise' menu you can check the
- Enterprise's Interaction
- Login to Portfolio Manager
- Enterprise Users' Interaction
- Most Used Contents
1. Enterprise's Interaction
This graph will show you the activity for the entire enterpise.
You can change the overview to day, month or year:
Hoovering over the dots on the lines will display the exact duration.
Clicking on them, will generate a pop-up with the users involved and the publications used.
If you want to adapt the timeframe even more specific than the options available in the dropdown, you can adapt the slider on top by moving the buttons at the left and/or right:
2. Login to Portfolio Manager
Here you can find an overview of all the logins into the Portfolio Manager:
Hoovering over the dots on the lines will display the exact number of logins.
Clicking on them, will generate a pop-up with the admins that logged in and the publications they uploaded.
3. Enterprise Users' Interaction
In this graph you will see the current interaction of the user and you'll be able to compare it straight away to the same period in the past.
The biggest and lightest blue bar represents the current result, the darker but smaller bar the past:
With the dropdown at the left you can select the timeframe of your choice.
By hoovering over one of the users in the graph, you will get all of the details presented for that timeframe:
4. Most Used Contents
Gives you an instant overview of the most used publications within the company:
Hoovering over the dots on the lines will display the exact duration.
Clicking on them, will generate a pop-up with the users that worked with this publication.
If you want to adapt the timeframe even more specific than the options available in the dropdown, you can adapt the slider on top by moving the buttons at the left and/or right:
