What do these categories mean?

The User Adoption shows the categories of users according to their monthly usage of the app.

There are 5 categories: 

    1. Inactive - User has not logged in yet.
    2. Ready to use - User has logged in and has at least synced one pushed publication.
    3. Discovery - User has spent more than 10 minutes* in app content.
    4. Active - User has spent more than 20 minutes* in app content.
    5. Advanced - 'Active user' that submitted survey results and has worked with the Account Hub.

Clicking on a users category, it will show you the list of the users belonging to it. 


The Activation Timeline gives you an overview of the activation status per month or per year:

There are 6 categories: 

    1. Total users - All created users for the enterprise account.
    2. Inactive - User has not logged in yet.
    3. Ready to use - User has logged in and has at least synced one pushed publication.
    4. Discovery - User has spent more than 10 minutes* in app content.
    5. Active - User has spent more than 20 minutes* in app content.
    6. Advanced - 'Active user' that submitted survey results and has worked with the Account Hub.

The User Engagement compares the activation and engagement of the users for
    • the last 24h to yesterday
    • last week to the previous week
    • last month to the previous month
    • last 3 months to the previous 3 months

Active = User has spent more than 20 minutes* in last the 14 days*
Engagement = Number of visits in the selected period


The Client Engagement compares the activation and engagement of the Account Hub usage for
    • the last 24h to yesterday
    • last week to the previous week
    • last month to the previous month
    • last 3 months to the previous 3 months

Active = Account Hubs that have been visited in the last 14 days*
Engagement = Number of visits in the selected period

 

The Content Activation graph shows the overall usage of a specific publication.

Clicking on a piece of the pie, will show you the list of the users belonging to the percentage. 

There are 4 categories: 

    1. Not used - 0 visits.
    2. Low use - More than 1 visit per month.*
    3. Active use - More than 1 visit but less than 5 visits per month or more than 5 visits per month but less than 5 minutes average duration per visit.*
    4. Intensive use - More than 5 visits per month with more than 5 minutes average duration per visit.*


*The default timeframes can be adapted based on the KPI's of the company in the 'Settings' > 'Analytics settings'.
