When opening the d!nk Analytics:
You will find a menu bar at the left for the details per topic.
The eighth one is about the 'Survey Results':
In the 'Survey Results' menu you can use the filter on top of the overview to search for the relevant survey. Once found, you can choose the version and then open the details by clicking on the 
underneath 'Actions' to check.
For each question in the survey you will find a graph that gives an overview of the collected data:
By hoovering over one of the bars in the graph, you will get the exact number for that answer given.
To export the results of this question, you can click on the grey button with 3 dots at the right top of the graph:
If you want to work with the data of all the questions together, you can do an export of the Survey Results on the publication itself:
A pop-up will appear where you can define the details of your export:
Once the required field of the user(s) is completed, the button 'Show result' will become clickable.
