What types of communication are possible? (Admin 3.0)

You want to communicate with your sales colleagues on the road? Or you have corporate news you would like to share in the app? Maybe there's a new set of tips & tricks available about the sales process? Or you have an update that needs to be sent out to customers that were contacted by your sales reps via the Account Hubs? 

To help you communicate directly with your colleagues or to have a new message being sent out to customers via the Account Hubs, there are 4 types of communication possible.

To start creating, login to the Portfolio Manager and click on 'Communication' in the top menu > then choose the type of communication you are aiming for:

  1. Newsfeed
  2. Launch Campaigns
  3. Campaign Messages
  4. Notifications -  so that a pop-up will become visible whenever the sales reps open their app
